New York State Allows Same-Sex Conjugal Visits

 

In a step forward for gay rights, New York state prison officials will begin allowing conjugal visits for gay inmates in same-sex marriages or civil unions. The state is also now allowing gay prisoners to take leave from their cell if their loved one is terminally ill.
