NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regard to the disappearance of Hector Alvarez, a 76-year-old Hispanic male from the area of Livonia Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard in Brooklyn. He is described as being 5'5" tall and 140lbs. Mr. Alvarez was last seen at 7:00 AM on Sunday, 10/18 wearing black pants, a green sweater with black lettering, and black Jordan sneakers.
