Mr. Grullon is described as being 5'5" tall and 178 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. He has dementia and diabetes and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen near the subway station at West 225 Street and Broadway in The Bronx at approximately 9:30 AM on Thursday, October 22, wearing a blue jacket, brown t-shirt, black pants, black sneakers, and glasses.
