Description: 5'11" tall, 170lbs, partially bald with gray hair and brown eyes. Wearing a light blue baseball cap, light blue t-shirt, black pants with brown shoes.
Last Seen: Boarding a Manhattan-bound 7 train at 82nd Street at approximately 1:00 PM on 7/7.
