Silver Alert issued 5/14/15 at 11:35 AM. The NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Jose Estrella, a 65-year-old Hispanic male with Alzheimer's from the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn. Mr. Estrella was last seen Wednesday, 5/13 in the area of 83rd Street and 5th Avenue in Brooklyn wearing gray sweatpants, a white t-shirt, and brown shoes.
