Silver Alert issued 5/16/16 at 5:35 AM. The NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Leo Goubourn, male, black, 70 years old, from 234th Street and 129th Avenue in Queens. He was last seen in the area of 243rd Street and 130th Road in Queens on 5/15/15 at 11:00 AM. He may be driving a 2008 white Inifinity with NYS plate GWT6502. Mr. Goubourn suffers from dementia and was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt, blue jeans and white boat shoes. He is described as being 6'2" tall and 165 lbs.
