Silver Alert issued 12/26/14 at 6:00 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Melvin Fisher, a 69-year old white male, from the area of Quentin Road in Brooklyn. Mr. Fisher has schizophrenia and diabetes. He was last seen on 12/23 at approximately 6:30 PM wearing a black jacket and black jeans.
