Silver Alert issued on 10/14/14 at 2:00 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Celeste Capellan, a 77-year-old Hispanic female from Lexington Avenue and Lewis Avenue in Brooklyn. Ms. Capellan is described as being 5'3" tall with brown eyes, dark hair, a thin build, and light skin. She was last seen at 7:47 PM on 10/13 at Metropolitan Avenue and Rentar Avenue in Queens, wearing a dark blue shirt, dark blue jeans, and black Reebok sneakers. A photo of the missing is attached below. If you see Ms. Capellan, please call 9-1-1.
