Monday, Aug. 20, 4:51 p.m. EDT: Zimmerman's lawyers will appeal a judge's decision not to step aside in the controversial case: Lawyers for George Zimmerman, who faces second-degree-murder charges, announced Monday on a website they've set up that they filed a petition for a writ of prohibition asking Florida's 5th District Court of Appeal to try to remove Seminole County Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester from the case because he used "gratuitous and disparaging" language in one of his orders, according to CNN.
