Description: 5'3" tall & 140 lbs and bald with brown eyes. Last seen wearing blue jeans, and a green shirt. Mr. Allen has Alzheimer's and may be in need of medical attention.
Last Seen: On 4/19 at approximately 9:30 AM near Murdock Avenue and Strang Avenue in Bronx.
