NextGeneration NYCHA Request for Proposals

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) invite developers to submit housing development proposals on three sites, one located in the Bronx and two in Brooklyn. The three sites at NYCHA-owned public housing developments include:

(1) Bronx: Mill Brook site, Mott Haven neighborhood: Block 2548, part of Lot 1
(2) Brooklyn: Ingersoll site, Fort Greene neighborhood: Block 2034, part of Lot 1
(3) Brooklyn: Van Dyke site, Brownsville neighborhood: Block 3777, part of Lot 1
Interested parties that choose to download the RFP using the link below must provide their contact information. Only those who provide their contact information will receive updates or additional communications regarding the RFP. The RFP contains a detailed description of the development program, requirements, guidelines, eligibility requirements, selection process, and submission requirements. Developers may submit proposals for one, two or three sites.

A pre-submission conference will be held at NYCHA, 250 Broadway, 12th floor, New York, NY on July 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Interested organizations are strongly encouraged to attend the conference. If you are planning on attending the conference, please RSVP at the email address below. People with disabilities requiring special accommodations to attend the pre-submission conference should contact Burton Leon at the email address below. All proposals are due in hand no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 30, 2015. Detailed instructions are provided in the RFP.
