Enjoy tumbling cascades, rustic bridges, and picturesque pools in the "Manhattan Adirondacks." Free. July 26: 10:00 am - 11:15 am July 26: 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm Family Discovery Walk Take part in a hands-on exploration led by Central Park Conservancy educators and Discovery Guides. Families only. Maximum of three children per parent or guardian. No groups please. Ages 5 +. Free. Space is limited; advance registration required. August 3: 10:00 am - 11:00 am Family Performance Festival This summer-long series of shows combines fun and learning through music, storytelling, in-Park adventure, puppetry, and more! Free. Advance registration preferred. Sundays: 12:00 pm   Central Park Circuit Take in fresh air and beautiful landscapes at our twice weekly fitness classes led by expert trainers.  Free. All fitness levels welcome. Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm Made possible by Great Jazz on the Great Hill Bring your picnic blanket and dancing shoes for an afternoon of live jazz music and family activities.
