Alert issued 6/22/14 at 5:30 PM. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services has issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert for Louis Blank, male, white, 79 years of age, from Oceanside, NY. Mr. Blank suffers from dementia, may be in need of medical attention, and may be en route to the NYC area. Mr. Blank is described as 5'7" tall, 160 lbs., with gray hair and blue eyes. He uses a walker, was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt, tan shorts, and boat shoes, and is believed to be operating a 2012 dark blue Volkswagen Golf bearing New York registration GCV-7493. A photo is attached. If you see Mr. Blank, please call the Nassau County Police Department at 1-518-573-7347 or 9-1-1.
