Hendrick's Beer of the Week

ON DRAUGHT

Hebrew Jewbelation Sweet 16

Brooklyn New York         8oz       16%abv         $8

"Full body and mildly fizzy, very syrupy. Big alcohol, burnt toast, black coffee, some molasses, faint syrup, fair wood. HUGE alcohol. Wow!"

Stone Vertical Epic Ale 12.12.12

Escondido, California   8oz     9%abv    $5

"This limited release is a Belgian style Abbey Ale. Super dark pour, looks almost like a stout with a slick tan head. Wonderful spiced aroma, cinnamon, cloves and some dark fruit. Flavor is even better, a great balance of the spices and sweet malty goodness. Has a near perfect 98 on ratebeer.com."

Dogfish Head Burton Baton IPA

Milton, Delaware   8oz   10%abv     $9

"Best beer from Dogfish. Smooth vanilla with tons of hops. Oak barrel aging shows through on the mouth. Pours with no head, smells similar to a bourbon. High ABU but goes down quickly. "

Bronx Brewery Pale Ale

Milton, Delaware   16oz     5.2%abv     $7

"This is a deep amber, American-style pale ale. Cascade and Centennial hops provide a gentle, pleasant bitterness with an intense floral and citrus aroma. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized."

BY THE BOTTLE

American Oak Bourbon Barrel Bronx Pale Ale

Bronx, New York   22oz   6.3%abv     $35

"Only 20 cases were produced of this limited ale, and we were lucky enough to get one. A hint of bourbon perfectly complements this awesome version of Bronx Pale Ale."

Smuttynose Winter Ale

Portsmouth, New Hampshire    12oz     5.8%abv       $7

"Pours a beautiful dark reddish brown out of the bottle. Flavor wise it has the spicy flavor of many Belgians, but that's about it as far as the Belgian connection goes. Has a pronounced sweetness, with some fruit undertones."

HeBrew Origin Pomegranate Ale

Brooklyn, New York     22oz   (serves 2-3)   8%abv       $19

"Brewed with the juice of over 10,000 luscious pomegranates, ORIGIN is a complex, rich and balanced Imperial Amber Ale."

Bitburger Premium Pils $5
