This year we will be honoring Sandra Garcia-Betancourt for her  commitment to the arts in Northern Manhattan, and especially in  Northern Manhattan Parks. As the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance's  Executive Director she has worked to enliven Parks with the work of  local artists.
