Silver Alert issued 8/9/13 at 7:25 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Bernardo Figueroa, male, Hispanic, 67 years old, from Grand Concourse and East 204th St in The Bronx. Mr. Figueroa is described as 5'9" tall, 160 lbs., dark skinned, with a goatee, wearing a white polo shirt, khaki pants, and white sneakers. He suffers from dementia and high blood pressure. He was last seen leaving Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, at 525 W 168th St, Manhattan on Thursday, August 8 at 1:00 PM. A photo is attached.
