Notification issued 8/7/13 at 6:20 AM. The NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for Ivan Shockness, male, black, 76 years old.  Mr. Shockness was last seen in the area of 8th Avenue and 115th Street in Manhattan at approximately 3:30 PM yesterday, on 8/6/13.  Mr. Shockness suffers from dementia and takes medication for diabetes and high blood pressure. He is described as 5'7" tall, 180 lbs, with brown eyes and salt & pepper hair. He was last seen wearing brown pants and a green t-shirt.
