Silver Alert issued 8/7/13 at 11:00 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Reina Diaz Perez-Delciano, female, Hispanic, 68 years old, from Ft. Washington Ave and West 164th St in Manhattan. Ms. Perez-Delciano is described as 5'1' tall, 175 lbs., with a medium build, wearing a black blouse, pink pants, black flip-flops, and a black hair band. She suffers from severe dementia and has no identification or cell phone.
