NEW YORK– Today marks the 30th year since we lost reggae legend and activist Bob Marley. Many people across the world today are remembering the legacy the 36 year-old artist left on the world through celebration of his life and craft.
Jamaican-born novelist Colin Channer shares his memories of Marley with the Wall Street Journal:The first time I saw Bob Marley perform I was eight years old. But the last time I see him will always be tomorrow.
