Silver Alert issued 4/16/16 at 4:25 AM. The NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Jose Aguasvivas, a 67-year-old Hispanic male from the Woodstock area of The Bronx, suffering from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
Mr. Aguasvivas was last seen on 4/13 at approximately 6:00 AM in the area of Union Avenue and East 161st Street (BX), accompanied by his dog, a black and gray shih tzu.
He is described as 5'6", 180 lbs with brown eyes, bald and mustache.
