Alert issued 9/6/15 at 1:01 AM. The NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services has issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert in regards to the disappearance of Rosa Gonzalez Rios, a 65-year-old female with dementia. She was last seen in LaGuardia Airport on 9/4 at approximately 6:00 PM, wearing a maroon long sleeve button down shirt and skirt, carrying a zebra colored duffel bag. She may be in the Harlem area of 125th Street (MN), possibly lost or confused and in need of medical attention. A photo of the missing is available at http://imgur.com/scJLibC.
