Notification issued 11/13/14 at 12:53 PM. NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services has issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert for Ronald Bastone, male, black, 69-years old, from out of state. Mr. Bastone has dementia and was last seen on foot at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, 11/12 in the vicinity of West 132nd Street and Lenox Avenue in Manhattan. The missing is currently visiting from out of state and is unfamiliar with the area. Mr. Bastone may appear lost or confused and in need of medical attention.
