Alert issued 1/15/14 at 5:40 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Karl Watt, male, Black, 80 years of age, from Winthrop Street and Rockaway Parkway in Brooklyn. Mr. Watt was last seen at his residence on 1/14/14 at 4:00 AM. He suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's disease. If you see Mr. Watt, please call 9-1-1.
