Alert issued 12/12/13 at 12:36 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Sylvia McCaulsky, female, black, 81 years old, with Alzheimer's, from Clarendon Road and East 42nd Street in Brooklyn. Ms. McCaulsky was last seen near her residence at approximately 4:20 PM on Wednesday, 12/11/13. She is described as 5" tall, 135 lbs., wearing a tan jacket, tan pants, a grey sweater, black sneakers and a medic alert bracelet. A photo is attached.
