Every two years, New Yorkers for Parks sends inspectors to review and grade large parks citywide. Inwood Hill Park went from a grade of 78 in 2010 to Manhattan's top grade of 94 in the 2012 survey! Fort Tryon Park also saw an improved grade. In 2010, the park scored a 79. In 2012, it scored an 86. NYC Parks, local volunteers, elected official support and non-profit partners like the Fort Tryon Park Trust have played an essential role in bringing about these improvements! Thank you!
