Friday is a Gridlock Alert Day
All city parking rules are in effect Friday and Saturday. Friday is an official N.Y.C. Gridlock Alert Day, and that means the city is expecting a surge in traffic. Gridlock Sam is advising all readers to consider leaving the car home and using mass transit as a way to reduce traffic congestion.
