Silver Alert issued on 10/13/14 at 8:25 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Harry Washington, a 78-year-old black male with dementia, from the area of Einstein Loop and Hutchinson River Parkway East in The Bronx. Mr. Washington was last seen on 10/10 around 6:30 AM wearing a blue baseball hat, blue jacket, and grey pants. He is described as being 5'9" tall and 160lbs.
