Silver Alert issued 9/24/13 at 4:07 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Evelyn Sepulveda, female, Hispanic, 75 years old, from Linden Street and Cypress Avenue in Queens. Mrs. Sepulveda was last seen leaving a residence near Irving Avenue and Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn at approximately 4:30 PM on Monday, September 23rd. She was last seen wearing a gray fleece jacket, blue jeans, and brown sandals, carrying a black purse. Mrs. Sepulveda has brown eyes, gray hair, is 4'11" tall, and weighs 80 pounds. She suffers from dementia. A photo is attached.
