NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for Pichu King, female, Asian, 80 years old.  She was last seen in the area of Market Street and Monroe Street on 1/7/13 at 3:30 PM in the borough of Manhattan.  She is described as being 4' 9" tall, 100 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair, wearing a black jacket and black pants. She speaks Mandarin and suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia. Call 9-1-1 if seen.
