The cop who fatally shot 18-year-old Ramarley Graham "felt terrible" about killing the unarmed teen - but believed he was in mortal danger, a colleague says. Officer Richard Haste confided in his coworker in the weeks after the controversial Feb. 2 shooting, telling him he believed Graham was armed.
